The patent pending Scythe Goliath is a VBIED disruptor that is light-weight (<40 lbs.) and is capable of disrupting a 500 lb bomb. The Scythe Goliath is a perfect scaling of the Scythe-3. The disruptor can be oriented vertically or horizontally and towed with a garden cart or smaller platform by robot or by bomb technician. The tool has great disruption coverage at 48″ in length and an 8″ charge diameter. In horizontal orientation, it will cover 5′ across by forming a high velocity water blade. For larger bombs, the Scythe Goliath can be daisy chained either stacked vertically and /or horizontally.
